Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pixel Gel Pens! We want you to love your order, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at pixelgelpens@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
