Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout. We do not offer free shipping.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Standard — $11.00 AUD
- Express — $15.00 AUD
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days for standard, 1–3 business days for express.
International Shipping
- Standard International — $20.00 AUD
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
